The Hive Network is an exclusive community of senior business leaders within the Retail and Finance sectors. In order for us to provide our members with the most relevant news and insight we do need to collect personal information including (but not limited to) your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number and business interest in order to do this. For clarity, The Hive Network is the sole owner of this information.
How we will use your personal information?
We would like to contact you with details of our forthcoming Hive Network meetings as well as share with you insights related to your professional industry which we believe you will find useful.
We also work with recommended Hive Network partners relevant to your industry and particular business need.
If you are a member of The Hive Network Membership Platform you consent to sharing the personal information stipulated above with members and partners of the community.

The Hive Network respects your right to privacy. We ensure all data is managed lawfully, fairly and transparently. You have a right to be forgotten and can email our DPO (paula@thehive-network.com) to request your personal data is erased or if you require any information related to privacy.

The personal data we hold is stored on cloud-based secure system with strict security controls in place as well as a CRM system which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) a global leader in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Our CRM system supports the latest recommended secure cipher suites and protocols to encrypt data in transit. Customer data is encrypted at rest. The Hive Network retains data for the duration of your business relationship with The Hive Network. For more information on where and how long your personal data is stored, and for more information on your rights of erasure, please contact our Data Protection Officer at paula@thehive-network.com
Transfer of Data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, international destinations, including destinations outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by international staff outside this area, who may be engaged in the provision of support services for example with the organisation of Hive meetings.
The Hive Network will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
