      – Hold mandatory training programmes for all people managers:
      o Train managers on a standardised interview template and standardised questions and a standardised template for feedback, ensuring you have a completely level playing field for all candidates.
      o People need to be asked the same questions, no matter what their experience or profile is.

      – Incorporate D&I training into annual performance metrics for people managers.
